If you wish to cancel a booking with us a minimum of 24 hours notice is required. Failure to do so will result in a late booking fee.

Please note: We cover all major bank holidays and sickness if your usual cleaner is unavailable. We aim to deliver a reliable service for all of ur valued customers.
